Variscite
The Variscite mines, in galery from Gavá, are the more antiques in Europe.(6000 years of antiquity). It was exploited for ornamentals uses during more than 1000 years. Actually are a museum and it can be visited. By the other side, the deposits from Zamora (even exploted since long time ago) gave the name of the city, because the Arabian people gave the name of Zamurat to the Variscite that they found in the zone.
